Beer. Our focus is simply "serve good beer." We put a thoughtful, seasonal rotation of local and emerging American craft, Belgian, and German beers into 56 taps. The 57th tap rocks it old school with a traditional beer engine from which we serve cask-conditioned ales. We hand-pick breweries and styles with painstaking care parallel to making a mix tape for a high school sweetheart.
We take our beer seriously. We are just the 3rd venue in the Twin Cities certified by the Better Beer Society for proper service, storage and glassware and our overall commitment to craft beer.

Food. A new look at pub fare. It's affordable, with the majority of our menu under $10. We use REAL ingredients, simply and thoughtfully prepared using local farms and sources everywhere. Republic serves burgers - either 1000 Hills grass fed beef or Wild Acres turkey with combinations of toppings that you can't get at just any corner bar. We also have delicious mussels, lots of local cheese, steaks, yummy salads and some great sandwiches like slow roasted pork with a cherry compote and pickled jalepeno on a New French Bakery baguette. We make everything from scratch, including our ketchup for our house-cut fries.

Wine. Our wine selections are thoughtful, chosen for wine drinkers looking for a great value and a global representation of varietals. Our wine list is affordable, accessible, and served in the glass you'd drink them in at home.
Fact: some people don't drink beer. We recognize that. We've assembled a tight list of affordably priced signature cocktails and martinis for your drinking enjoyment. We use good liquor. We freshly squeeze our own juices. We infuse peppers and garlic into vodka just for our bloody mary. Enjoy in moderation (daily).
At Seven Corners
Aux 1 is our auxiliary room at the 7 corners location, otherwise known as our event space, private dining room, live music stage, home of Beer School, a rotating artist space, presentation room, large group social gathering spot and/or anything you might need it for. You can use it. Qe want you to. We have a special menu for large groups. Aux 1 is outfitted with a built-in PA system, mics, chords, stands, a video projector, screen and Internet hook-ups for you to use for your next event, independent movie screening, Skype chat, slide show, presentation or whatever you need it for.
